Sorry to hear you're still dealing with that! Unfortunately, we at Mojang Support are not devs and don't have the ability to fix bugs. :( Please do keep an eye out on that bug report though for updates, and feel free to add a comment if you have any new info to add! ^AM

If you use a Microsoft account to log in to Minecraft, unfortunately you will need to continue working with Microsoft Support to recover your account, as Mojang support is unable to assist with those. nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^AM

That certainly sounds frustrating. Is the person who is inviting you also playing Bedrock? And are they using console/PC or another device? Once we have more info, we can continue looking into this! ^AM

Unfortunately, this is intended behavior, as the render distance cap for Realms is locked at 10 chunks. You can find out some more info and tips for optimizing your game performance here: bit.ly/3W9aUUw ^AM

This means the Microsoft account is incorrect, please try any other Microsoft account credentials you may have used in the past to link with that specific PSN and check out this FAQ for more info: bit.ly/3M5KiA3 ^AM

Are you making sure you log in with the correct account type (Mojang vs. Microsoft, for example) and is there a specific error message you see? Let us know if you still have a Mojang account or you were able to migrate to Microsoft so we can assist! ^AM

What, exactly, are you unable to access? You should be able to set up your profile by logging in with the correct Microsoft account at bit.ly/3T5QzhJ but let us know in a bit more detail what you're having trouble accessing so we can look into this some more! ^AM

It looks like the launcher is having issues communicating with the Microsoft Store. Have you tried repairing the launcher or Microsoft store app itself? Let us know what, if any, troubleshooting you've already tried so we can try and assist! ^AM

Bedrock, on which device? Lag usually indicates a poor connection. We suggest using hardwire if you are on WiFi to ensure a stable internet connection. Any third-party mods or texture packs can also cause lag. You may want to try disabling them to see if that helps. ^AM

Unfortunately, the migration cannot be reverted, and we are unable to transfer games between Microsoft accounts. Can you tell us a bit more about the issue you're having so we can point you to the right team for support? ^AM

This either means the purchase failed or was made under the wrong Microsoft account. For assistance, you'll need to reach out to Microsoft support, who handles those purchases. nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^AM
Let's get you over to our Realms team to take a look and provide assistance with any billing issues. To keep your information secure, please complete our request form at aka.ms/Minecraft-Support so we can quickly and safely assist with your question! ^AM

server.properties is just an editable file that allows you to customize which settings you want to enable (or disable) during world creation. Can you clarify what issues you're having with it specifically? ^AM

Can you just clarify this for me a bit? You're saying your in-game settings are set to 16 chunks, but it is only rendering ~8 chunks at a time? I just need to make sure I'm clear on the issue so I can assist! ^AM

There may be corrupt or incomplete files that were downloaded. Please try fully uninstalling any game data files and re-download. Make sure antivirus is disabled or set to allow permissions for Minecraft to write files. ^AM
