If you have a cloud save of your Hero, try downloading onto your device. Unfortunately, save data is stored locally and in the cloud and we don't have a way to retrieve lost Hero data. Check out this article bit.ly/3Gop7bI for ways to back up your Hero in the future. ^AM

Could be a corrupt file causing the issue. I would suggest uninstalling/reinstalling, checking your firewall/antivirus to make sure it has permissions. ^TK

Is it the same Microsoft account being used on both Minecraft for Windows and your mobile device? Are all users/devices using Bedrock? And do you see any specific error messages when trying to join on console/mobile? Let us know so we can look further into this! ^AM

Can you elaborate in a bit more detail? Is your friend unable to open the game whatsoever? Are there any error messages? We recommend a fresh reinstallation, but if you have tried that, we'll need just a bit more info about what's going on to look into this. ^AM

It is likely that the latest graphics card update is incompatible if you are using an older version of Minecraft. We recommend updating Minecraft to the latest version and making sure you restart after making any changes to your GPU drivers. ^AM
