Make sure to use the correct password reset option, i.e. for Mojang if you have a Mojang account; Microsoft if you have a Microsoft account. Do you still have an older Mojang account, or do you use a Microsoft account to log in? ^AM

This typically indicates incompatibility with your graphics card and the version you're running. If you are using an older version of Minecraft, try seeing if updating to the latest version fixes this issue. Also make sure to double check that your GPU drivers are up to date! ^AM

Not currently seeing any outages on our end. Are you all updated to the latest version of the game? To ensure it's not a connection issue, try refreshing your internet connection. Can you tell us what, if any, troubleshooting you have already tried? ^AM

Are you playing on a Realm, and is it only your friends that are having lag issues? If so, that may indicate a connection issue on their end. They will need to ensure they have a stable internet connection, switching to hardwire if on WiFi. ^AM

Mods can typically cause unexpected behavior, we suggest disabling mods to see if that solves the issue and if so, that's probably the cause. Let us know if you continue to have issues with Vanilla and we can try and assist! ^AM

If prompted to purchase the game again, this typically means the wrong Google account is signed in. Be sure to try logging in to the Play Store with any other accounts you may have. ^AM

Android players can opt out of the beta from the Minecraft page in the Google Play Store. Once un-enrolled, it may take up to 24 hours, and you will need to reinstall the game. Make sure to also back up your world saves! ^AM

Is there anything specific that you are doing when the game crashes, or just randomly? To ensure there are no corrupt files, try disabling any texture packs or mods if you have them, and if that doesn't help, let us know if reinstalling the game helps with this issue. ^AM

If you do not see Transaction ID in the form field, you can provide it in the text body if you have it. Check this article for more info: bit.ly/3VPBZfy. Your category would be "Account Support". AM is just for internal purposes, nothing to worry about. 🙂 ^AM

Lag usually indicates a connection issue. Try connecting to hardwire if you are on WiFi, but you may also want to check that you have sufficient RAM and adjust the video settings to ensure chunk render distance is turned down. ^AM
