Make sure you have a stable internet connection, but you'll also need to ensure that the Launcher, Microsoft Store, and Xbox Console Companion app are logged in to the same Microsoft account. If you still have trouble after that, let us know! ^AM

I'm not sure I understand the issue, could you clarify for me just a bit? It sounds like you're able to join Realms, but what server/worlds are you having trouble joining? Are these private servers? Let us know so we can look into it. ^AM

Not to worry! If you already submitted a ticket, let them know it's not a Realms issue so you can transfer you internally. If you haven't submitted a ticket yet, be sure to choose "Technical Support" as your category. ^AM

Make sure you have enough memory for save data, you may want to go through and get rid of any old unused data or marketplace items. A fresh uninstall/reinstall may be helpful here. ^AM

Oh no! Is this on a single-player world, Realm or server? You can restore your world from a previous backup if the world is on a Realm. Unfortunately, Mojang doesn't store any info on single-player worlds as this is stored on your devices: bit.ly/3c9PK76. ^FF
