We can't see which subscriptions are tied to which realm on your account, unfortunately. You can opt to cancel both realm subs and then only renew the realm you'd prefer to keep, or, create a brand new realm & transfer your worlds from the old realm to the new realm. ^FF

It sounds like the ticket was perhaps submitted with the inaccessible email? If you haven't already, be sure to submit the email you'd like us to respond to in the "Your Email Address/Confirm Email Address" fields. It can be different from the account mail. ^AM

You'll need to try logging in with any Microsoft accounts not already linked to a PSN. At this time, account linking is permanent. Each Microsoft account can only be linked to one PSN and vice versa. Check out our FAQ for some more insights: bit.ly/3yIzgLG ^AM
