Account linking is permanent, once linked you can only use the Microsoft account linked to your PSN. Make sure that you are using the correct account login information for your account. Check out our FAQ for more info: bit.ly/3yIzgLG ^AM
That is certainly odd! After updating, have you tried restarting Minecraft or any other troubleshooting? Let us know what you've already tried so we can work with you on some potential solutions! ^AM

Sorry but I'm still not sure what you mean. Are you saying the Java Edition account is missing from the launcher? Or there is something else that's missing (installation, file, etc.)? Let us know what you're missing so we can assist you with finding it. ^AM
