This typically happens when you're logging into an account that doesn't have a game license. Please make sure you're using the Microsoft log-in and double-check those credentials! ^BT

Ah, thanks for the update! If the account was migrated, then he'll need to reach out to Microsoft Support. He has two ways where he can do this: nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^BT
