You shouldn't need your Transaction ID in order to fill out the form! You just need to fill out the parts that have the ( * ) next to them and you should be good to go. ^BT

The Cauldron error code means that Minecraft is unable to reach the authentication servers, or the connection has timed out. Please make sure that your connection is stable and check that it is configured properly. Check this FAQ for some steps: bit.ly/3OFTXyA ^BT

Are you using WiFi? If so, try switching to a hardwire connection and reinstall the game. Before reinstalling, make sure to back up your worlds first. Let us know what other troubleshooting steps you've tried and if this helps or not! ^FF

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^AM

Ope, that doesn't look like one of our ticket numbers. It should be 7-digits and currently start with a 4, they look like #4567890. By any chance did you receive a response from a chat bot or chat agent instead of an email? If so, we may need to have you submit an email. ^AM
