Unfortunately, since it is a private server it could be numerous things causing the issue. Do you mean this is on a Realm or your own privately hosted server? ^TK

Great to keep in mind we are the support and not the devs so I am gonna try some troubleshooting steps with you! If you have no single-player worlds, uninstall the client and check your firewall/antivirus. This will rule out corrupt files! ^TK

Are you making sure that you're signing into the correct acount? If the games not showing up thats usually and indicator of a login error. ^TK

We do not support third party launchers but you should be able to download the world files to the game folders. ^TK

Try switching over to a hardwire connection to see if ti makes a difference. If ytou're still not able to connect I'll send you on up to the tech team. ^TK

Are you talking about the Minecraft Java Edition and Bedrock Bundle? Who gifted you what, because you may need to reach out to whomever gifted you the games if it's not allowing you to download it. ^TK
