Unfortunately, we're unable to assist with recovering worlds since they're saved locally on your device and not attached to your account. If you fully deleted the world and don't have a backup save, you will need to create a new world. ^AM

Oh no! Usually, missing chunks can be fixed by closing out and reloading. To avoid them in the future, make sure you have a stable internet connection by switching to hardwire if on WiFi. Let us know if that chunk appears after reloading your game or if it's still missing ^AM

What you're describing usually means the charge failed. If the charge shows as "pending" the funds being held temporarily should be returned to you within 30 days. Did you receive a Transaction ID for any of the charges by chance? ^AM

I'm not sure what you mean by the page of the ticket. Do you mean the link we sent you in the ticket email sends you to a page that doesn't work or the ticket itself? You can reply directly to the email and your helper will be able to assist! ^AM

Try also going to Video Settings and experimenting with the performance settings there, turning render distance down, and things like screen animations, view bobbing, fancy graphics to "off." Also double-check your native monitor settings that the correct Hz is being used. ^AM

If you did not receive a transaction ID from Mojang for each charge, it likely means the purchase was voided. The money is usually returned within 7 days but can take up to 30 depending on your financial institution. If the issue doesn't resolve by then, please let us know. ^AM
