Can you try signing all the way out of your Microsoft account and signing back in? Sometimes the account can lose sync so a quick sign in/out usually fixes it up. ^TK

Let's give this a try! If you could, can you try reducing your save data size? If you have old Marketplace content you are currently not using or old worlds that you no longer play on, you can remove these from your storage. Having too much can cause crashing. ^BT
