Have you uploaded a cloud save of your Hero? If so, you may want to check for any backups, check out our FAQ for more info: bit.ly/3Gop7bI Unfortunately, we don't have a way to restore lost save data as it is only stored on your device and in the cloud. ^AM

Try uninstalling your launcher and reinstalling directly from aka.ms/NewMCLauncher; you'll want to run as Administrator and be sure to disable any firewall/antivirus settings to ensure Minecraft has permissions. ^AM

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^AM
