Did you try running them as administrator or checked your firewall/antivirus to see if it's stopping them from downloading? ^TK

Yea, I would ask them if they ahve backups! Unfortunately, the only other thing I can think of is bad connection. If your friend isn't, switch over to a hardwire connection. ^TK

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^TK

Do you have a backup of the Realm that is recent so you can put it back the way it was? Going back months is actually pretty weird since the only cases I have seen are a few hours or so. ^TK

If your server is crashing this likely means something is corrupt or something in the server is causing the crash. When do you remember it didn't crash and have you added anything since that time? ^TK
