That's definitely weird! Have you tried switching to a hardwire connection if you're using WiFi? You might also make sure that your Xbox isn't in a position where it could be overheating. If this doesn't help, then we'll need to get you up to Support: bit.ly/3uO21ER. ^FF

I'm not sure I understand. Are you asking where to locate your transaction ID? You don't need to provide this information in order to contact Support, especially if you're experiencing a technical issue. ^FF
