I wish I had better news for you but unfortunatley, corrupt worlds are not something we're able to assist with as there are no ways to get them back on our end. ^TK

You can download the World and transfer it over to another player: bit.ly/3hs0gZT They will need to then purchase a Realm and then upload that World to the Realm. ^TK
