Sometimes the Realm can get hung up on the creation but our Realms team can fix that! To keep your information secure, please complete our request form at aka.ms/Minecraft-Support so we can quickly and safely assist with your question! ^TK

That would be a wonderful addition to our feedback site! We appreciate your ideas, and you can always submit your great suggestions here: feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en… ^AM

Yea, that's not something we support since it's not directly through us! ^TK

Our bug reports page is a little different than our Support page. Have you submitted a support ticket yet? If not, we suggest doing so at aka.ms/Minecraft-Support so we can quickly and safely assist with your question! ^AM

To ensure a stable connection, you may want to try switching from wifi to a hardwire cable. Is this on PC or console and are you playing on a Realm? ^AM

We will need you to reach out to Microsoft Support in that case to recover your account. nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^TK

You may also see some improvement if you lower the render distance in Minecraft's video settings and remove any texture packs if you have them enabled. Let us know if you're still having trouble though! ^AM

Do you mean can you build one or is this a suggestion that you have for the future of the game? ^TK

Unfortunately, we're not able to assist with the bug report site and accounts! I would suggest if there are steps for that website to follow them to change your 2- factor as there is nothing we're able to do from our end. ^TK

I'm not seeing any wide spread issues! Can you go ahead and reset your router and see if that helps? Do you also have any overlays going on in the background? ^TK

We don't answer DMS but do you happen to have the ticket number handy so I can make sure it got into the queue? ^TK

We're going to need you to reach out to Xbox/Microsoft Support in that case: nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^TK
Are you saying that you already sent a ticket to support to recover your account and did you migrate your account already? ^TK

I'm a bit confusing at what nitrado is to be honest BUT if you have a Realm, let's say on Xbox, and your friend has the Windows 10 Edition on PC you can both play on cross platform. Private servers on PC though i'm not so sure about as we don't support them. ^TK

Do you have a lot of Marketplace content and so on, on your Xbox? I would also sign out of your Microsoft Account and then sign back in to see if the Worlds show back up. ^TK

Unfortunately no. We don't support third party Mods and we suggest switching over to the Vanilla Installation if you want the game to run smoothly again for you. ^TK

This looks like it came from us. If you have any questions or concerns, be sure to reply back directly to that email. ^FF

That definitely sounds frustrating to deal with. Can you let us know what you've tried so far to mitigate this issue? One thing might be to lower the resolution on your console, and try reinstalling Minecraft. If you reinstall, be sure to back up your worlds first! ^FF
If you experience any issues with signing in or creating an account for the bug site, then you might need to try again at a later date. Are you seeing any errors when signing in? Let us know and we'll do our best to help! ^FF
