Make sure your graphics drivers are updated to the most recent version, but your launcher version may be outdated or does not support your graphics card. Please try updating to the latest launcher and let us know if that helps! ^AM

Can you sign all the way out of your Microsoft Account and sign back in and if you're not already, switch over to a hardwire connection to see if that assists. ^TK

Make sure you have the most recent drivers for your new graphics card, but if an older version of the launcher and the graphics card aren't compatible, make sure to install the most recent launcher. Let us know if that helps! ^AM

If they're the only one experiencing issues, they'll need to have a stable connection by power cycling the PlayStation and router. If you have a lot of players in your Realm, see if they still have issues when its only you two and update us if you still have trouble ^AM
