Unfortunately, there is no way to get a World back once you have deleted it. To avoid this happening again you could upload the World to a Realm, which in turns creates back ups so you can just re-upload them to a Realm. ^TK
Can you free up some space on your Nintendo Switch to see if that helps with this issue? If it continues from there I'm going to send you up to our tech team. ^TK

I'm not quite sure what you mean so I'll do my best to assist here! Going to vendors that may have the game you can buy would be a good start but you can also look at the Minecraft Website in particular to purchase the game on your end as well. ^TK
