Are you seeing any errors with your Realm, are you playing on WIFI or Hardwire, and what platform are you playign on? ^TK
Yep, you'd need help with the Microsoft account itself and that'll need to be looked by them. ^BT

Send the ticket with an email that you have access to and then put the email that is tied to the account in the notes. ^TK
If you tied to the same account as your Java Account it should and if you meeting all qualifications in the faq provided previously. ^TK
We'd be happy to help! Just to check, do you have any third-party mods on? If you do, can you turn them off to see if it'll help? ^BT

This likely means there is corruption in your World and unfortunately, we can't fix that. I would suggest building another one in the same World just to rule out it isn't a glitch with that nether portal. ^TK

You're gonna have to do a bit more exploring if you want to find more Diamonds as they aren't easy to find! Good luck on your endeavors though. ^TK
