Sounds like you have a corrupt file! Could you uninstall/reinstall and check the firewall/antivirus to see if Minecraft has permissions. ^TK

Switch over to a hardwire connection to see if that helps in the matter! Then, sign all the way out of your Microsoft Account and sign back in. If that doesn't work i'll send you up to our team. ^ TK

If this was a single player World and not uploaded to a Realm we won't be able to fix the corruption. If it is on a Realm make sure to upload a old back up to see if that fixes the corruption. ^TK

Is your PS4 connected to a hardwire connection? How long has it been since you restarted your router and how many people are connected to the WiFi at the same time if you have WiFi? ^TK
