The Demo issue typically only happens if you're logging into an account that doesn't have a game license. Please make sure you're logging in using the Microsoft log-in and your Microsoft log-in details to see if that helps. ^BT

We did read what you said and we stated if you're not able to access the game, though you owned it on an account, you likely are logging in with the wrong credentials. ^TK
We're gonna do some basic troubleshooting steps to see if it helps! First, are you playing on hardwire or WiFi. Second, any mods on the World that you're using? ^TK
What we're asking is if you can go into creative mode and create a nether portal and go in to see if the same thing happens. If it doesn't and you can enter the nether in creative, then it's likely your world is corrupt. ^TK
If it's a single player world, then we're unable to do anything about the corruption on the World :( What platform are you playing on and did it shut down properly or did you add anything new to it as of recent? ^TK
