Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^BT

If the client crashes then you would run into issues regarding corruption of Worlds and the loss of single player worlds. Are you getting any errors when trying to access the game and how old is the ipad? ^TK

Did you uninstall it for a bit? If you uninstall the app it will make it so that single player worlds will delete because they are stored locally. ^TK

Are you making sure you're signing in with the correct credentials and is this for the Windows 10 Edition or the Java Edition? ^TK
