The music pack would have to be downloaded manually from Marketplace to be used and for jukeboxes/music discs to be played. Please make sure to account for the fact that music files are large and may incur network charges! ^BT

Connection issues are definitely a pain to deal with. What exactly have you tried so far to address this issue? If you haven't yet, one thing to try would be to switch to a hardwire connection instead of WiFi, and rebooting your router. Let us know what else you've tried! ^FF

Authentication errors can indicate there's incompatible third-party software or launchers, or incorrect parental consent settings on the account, which can interrupt connection. We'd also suggest making sure your video card drivers are up to date. Let us know if this helps! ^FF
