Once everyone on the realm is up to date, try joining the realm again. You may also need to try switching the realm slot to see if that helps. Before changing realms slots, make sure to back up/save your world data. More information can be found at bit.ly/3B8XzEE. ^FF

Are you playing offline, by chance? You'll either have the "Steve" or "Alex" skin with offline play. One of the two skins is also shown when you don't have a connection to the skin servers. Which default skin that you get random based on your account ID and can't be changed. ^FF

Are you seeing this on the latest version of Java (1.19.2)? If so, try removing any third-party software or launchers that you're using and make sure you don't have any parental consent settings that might be causing a block from accessing multiplayer servers/realms. ^FF
If you're having an issue with that Marketplace pack, you'll need to contact the Marketplace partner who owns that pack to get support. Search for the pack at bit.ly/3bTwaMI and click on "See More by: Author Name", then "Get in touch". ^FF

All players attempting to access the Realm must be running the latest version of Minecraft. Update instructions for the Switch can be found at bit.ly/3vClCYM. Give it 24 hours after all players are running the latest version and try again. Let us know if this works! ^FF

I'm sorry to hear that! If these were single player worlds, sadly, we won't be able to assist you in getting them back. If they were on Realms, however, you can upload from the most recent backup. Info on backing up your worlds can be found here: bit.ly/3c9PK76. ^FF

Can you try checking to see if your video card drivers are up to date? More info on this can be found at bit.ly/3TNmNPe. If up to date, then you may need to reinstall the game. Before doing so, be sure to back up your worlds as these are saved locally on your device. ^FF
