You're gonna need to continue working with them as there is nothing that we're able to do on our end. If you have a receipt, or screenshots of the purchase that would be beneficial to provide them. ^TK
I would send that ticket up to our tech team as we stated at the beginning but i'm gonna be honest, it's likely they are lost :( I wish there was something that we can do to assist more. ^TK

If your game keeps crashing it can be due to corrupt files, firewall/antivirus, or drivers not being updated! Are you still having these issues and are you getting any specific errors? ^TK
I didn't see anything taking place, but that doesn't mean i'm not wrong! Are you still having the issues now and can you tell me what troubleshooting steps you have tried. ^TK
Good find! Have you by any chance tried any basic troubleshooting to see if that resolves the issue? Sometimes with Switches removing packs and worlds you're not using can help in these instances. ^TK
