Is the game itself taking a long time to boot up, or does it take a long time to connect to your worlds/Realms/servers, or all of the above? Can you let us know if you're playing Java or Bedrock, and what type of device you play on (PC, PlayStation, iOS, etc.)? ^FF

This error means the game couldn't reach the authentication servers or the connection has timed out due to a temp outage or issues with your game/internet connection. If there's no outage, try using hardwire instead of WiFi if possible & make sure Minecraft has been updated. ^FF

Your Minecraft data is stored locally to your PC; we're unable to recover data that's been lost/corrupted. Check out our FAQs to help prevent this in the future: bit.ly/3HvWt7x & bit.ly/3c9PK76. You may also want to try using Realms to back up your worlds. ^FF

Is this message that you're seeing constantly appearing as a pop-up message/error in the game? Can you provide us with a screenshot or photo of what exactly you're seeing? ^FF

You'll need to reinstall the game for this issue; please be sure to back up your worlds before uninstalling. Your worlds are locally stored, so we can't help recover your worlds if you forget to back them up. Check our FAQ on managing your game data: bit.ly/3c9PK76. ^FF

Deleting/uninstalling a game from your console won't entirely remove it from your system, as you can reinstall it again. If you need help with fully removing a game and your game files from your PlayStation 4, please reach out to PlayStation Support: bit.ly/3c8g2qJ. ^FF

This applies to servers as well; all players trying to access the server will need to be running the latest version, so you may see an "Outdated Server!" if you/the server owner are not up-to-date. Info on updating Minecraft can be found here: bit.ly/3vClCYM. ^FF
