Is this a Java or Bedrock realm, and has the realm owner already made sure the realm has been updated? Sometimes realms can take up to 24-48 hours to update. Let us know if you're still unable to join the realm. ^FF

Have you received a 7-digit ticket number after sending us your request? If you can provide us with your ticket number, we can check in on the status of your request for you. It should look similar to this: 5678901. ^FF

Is this a Java or Bedrock realm, and are you seeing any error messages at all? ^FF
Make sure to log in using the Microsoft Login button in the launcher & check you are using the correct account info with no typos. Try waiting 30 min before logging in again & do not attempt to log in to any of our services, and check our FAQ: bit.ly/3CxOowt. ^FF

If you already own Minecraft, you won't be able to purchase the game again as the Deluxe Edition. If you want to refund your original purchase so that you can get the Deluxe Edition, please reach out to PlayStation support for a possible refund: bit.ly/425dXQB. ^FF

Have you checked to see if you have any updates available on your mobile device? You may also try reducing the "Render Distance" in the "Video" section in the settings menu from 20 to 16. You can try going lower than this as well. Let us know if you're seeing crashes happen! ^FF

This may be due to a connection issue. Try rebooting your router if you're on WiFi and restarting your mobile device. You might also need to check if you have enough space on your device. If you're still unable to install Minecraft, then please let us know. ^FF
