Thank you for that info! It sounds like you've already tried the basic troubleshooting steps we'd ask you to try, so let's get you on up to Support: aka.ms/Minecraft-Support. One of our technical specialists will be able to look further into this for you. ^FF

We're sadly unable to recover corrupted world data, but there are methods from various online resources to help with corrupt worlds. Be aware that these methods involve editing the save files on your system, so use these at your own risk & make backups before modifying files. ^FF

What type of device are you playing Minecraft on? Knowing the make and model may help to narrow down the kind of issues you're facing. ^FF

That definitely sounds frustrating. What exact error messages are you seeing, and are you and your nephew seeing the same error? Also, are you trying to connect to a normal world, a Realm, or a server? ^FF

Are you seeing issues with specific Marketplace items? To rule out any connection errors, try switching to a hardwire connection if you're using WiFi, and a router reboot may also help out. Let us know what else you've tried, and what device you're playing Minecraft on. ^FF

If a world is switched to Creative or Cheats are enabled, achievements are permanently disabled & can no longer be earned while playing that world. You can try restoring an earlier backup to regain the ability to earn them, but any progress made after the backup will be lost. ^FF

If you've migrated a Mojang to Microsoft or have always used a Microsoft account to access Minecraft, then you'll need to continue working with Microsoft to recover your account. If you have an unmigrated Mojang account, please submit a ticket at bit.ly/3uO21ER. ^FF

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Try restarting your device, and reinstalling Minecraft may also help, but be aware that your worlds are saved locally on your device and you'd need to ensure these are backed up first, if possible: bit.ly/3c9PK76. ^FF

Just to confirm, this issue is only happening in third-party servers, like The Hive? What about your single-player worlds or any Realms, if you have any or are part of any? Any additional details you can provide would be most helpful! ^FF

Check out our gameplay/how-to guides: bit.ly/3VaoWGg. If there's a game mechanic you want to explore deeper, your best bet is to visit community resources available online; these are usually player-curated and should help you with any in-game questions you have! ^FF
Thanks for your feedback! To make the best of it, however, be sure to share your suggestions and feedback for the Minecraft Marketplace here: feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en…. ^FF
