If you're using WiFi, can you try switching to a hardwire connection to see if there's any improvements? You may also need to check your firewall/antivirus settings & reboot your router. If you're still running into issues with the launcher and loading Minecraft, let us know. ^FF

Can you send us a screenshot or photo of this error you're seeing, and can you clarify when does this error pop up? For example, in the game launcher, when trying to access your worlds, joining a Realm or server, etc.? Once we have more info we can better help you! ^FF
