Refunds for Bedrock purchases will need to go through the Bedrock platform. For example, if you purchased a realm from PlayStation, you'll need to reach out to PlayStation for a refund. If you purchased on Google Play though, please submit a ticket: aka.ms/Minecraft-Support. ^FF

Are you seeing any error messages at all or does it just continue to load forever? Try power cycling your device (turning it off and on) and see if it will load so you can make your Realm purchase. Let us know if you're still having any issues with getting into the game! ^FF

As long as your device has at least 1GB of RAM and is running on Android 5 (Lollipop) or higher, you should be able to run Minecraft on it. You can also check out our FAQ for Android tech issues here: bit.ly/40clZ9d. ^FF

The launcher from the Microsoft Store should allow you to access all your owned Minecraft titles (Java Edition, Bedrock, and Dungeons) from the same place. If you're having any issues with this launcher, you can also download the game from here: bit.ly/3AcAuQF. ^FF
