Try deleting your cache and use a different browser and/or device if available, and ensure you have a good internet connection. If you're using any browser addons/extensions, try disabling those as well (i.e. any dark screen extensions). ^FF

If I'm understanding your question, transaction IDs cannot be transferred between different accounts. They are your proof of purchase for an account and won't ever change. If this wasn't your question, however, the please clarify what you mean so we can best assist you! ^FF
