Do me a favor and if you have any old worlds or purchased content you're not using, get rid of it! Sometimes the storage with Nintendo & Minecraft don't interact well and can cause some connection issues. ^TK

That likely means you're eligible if they are tied to the same account since you bought Minecraft in January, like the FAQ states. Please patient as we're still working to get the capes out to everyone. ^TK

This sounds like a MOD that you used to port it over. WIth that said, we don't support third party MODS so we're not able to assist you. ^TK
Currently, the max skin size is 64x64 pixels on Java, while on Bedrock you can use 128x128 skins. If you'd like to share your feedback to the game team on this, you can feel free to do so here: bit.ly/3uQyA4R. ^FF

Unfortunately, it sounds like you're referring to a known issue with uploading worlds to realms: bit.ly/3IHZq4T. We'd suggest upvoting this issue and adding a comment to the thread if you have any new details to provide. ^FF

Minecraft worlds/skins are stored locally and are not attached in any way to your account. Unfortunately, we're unable to recover lost Minecraft worlds. Please read bit.ly/3c9PK76 for info on saving worlds, or use the Realms feature to store your worlds online. ^FF

You must have had both Java and Bedrock licenses of Minecraft on PC on the same Microsoft account before June 6, 2022. We can't change the eligibility or grant the cape outside of this. Check out our Vanilla Cape FAQ: bit.ly/3cyNyGL for more info on eligibility. ^FF

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^FF

This might be a connection issue. Can you let us know what you've tried so far to troubleshoot? If you haven't yet, you might try switching to a hardwire connection instead of WiFi, if possible. ^FF

Do you have any resource/texture packs on this world? It may help to try removing these if so, to see if that clears up the issues you're seeing. You may also need to try reinstalling the game on your Xbox console. Let us know if you're still having any issues or not! ^FF

If the game is crashing your console, you might try reinstalling Minecraft to rule out any corrupted files. Also, if you're using WiFi, it may help to switch to a hardwire connection if you can. Let us know if you're facing any issues after trying these options! ^FF
