Do you have any Marketplace packs installed on your realm? You might try removing those if so to see if that improves the issues you're seeing. You may also need to try reinstalling the game on your console. Let us know if you're still running into any freezing issues! ^FF

Have you checked your Firewall/Antivirus settings? This might be causing the issue with connecting to the server. Also, it may help to switch to a hardwire connection instead of WiFi. Let us know if this helps or if you're still having any connection issues. ^FF
