You should be able to create a Realm on the Mobile version by choosing the option create Realm or Purchase Realm! ^TK

That's the issue then. The Java Edition and Windows 10 edition of the game are not cross compatible so you're not able to transfer your Realm over. If you purchased the Windows 10 version on PC then you could sign into your Microsoft account and just access it from there. ^TK
