Sorry to hear about that! If you could, can you try clearing your storage space on your Switch to see if that helps? Having a lot of stuff you don't use cause lagging and crashing. ^BT
Are you making sure to use the Microsoft Login to login to your newly migrated account? If you are and you're still having issues you're gonna need to reach out to the Xbox/Microsoft Support team anyway. ^TK

There are other ways to verify other than the transaction ID! Just to confirm, did you need help with a Mojang account, or were you able to migrate it to Microsoft? ^BT

That's the issue then. The Java Edition and Windows 10 edition of the game are not cross compatible so you're not able to transfer your Realm over. If you purchased the Windows 10 version on PC then you could sign into your Microsoft account and just access it from there. ^TK
