Are you connected using Hardwire or Wifi? Also, have you tried restarting your router to see if that'll help? ^BT

You shouldn't have to buy it again! If it's asking you to play the demo, it's possible that you're logging into an account that doesn't have a game license. Please make sure you're linking into the right Microsoft account and you should access your game. ^BT
