Unfortunately, content cannot be transferred between Java and Bedrock Editions of Minecraft, which means you won't be able to upload your Java worlds to Xbox. ^AM

Could you try clearing out any unused data such as marketplace content or worlds? Full system storage can cause issues on Switch and that's usually the best course of action! Let me know how that goes and we'll get you directed to the right team if it doesn't work out. ^AM

Minecraft Support can't comment on any cases regarding account suspensions or bans. If you've been suspended from your account, please submit a ticket via the "Case Review" form at the bottom of our help site: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us. ^AM
Can you try disabling optifine and see if that assists in the matter and check to see if all your drivers are up to date as well? ^TK

Well it's likely that the transaction ID is in the email that you're not able to access but that is where you would find the receipt of purchase. Last, you want to send in the ticket from an email you have access to, not the one you dont! ^TK
