Let's have you first make sure your game is running the latest version of Minecraft, and make sure Minecraft is attached to a Microsoft account. Also, you can try signing out & sign back into the Minecraft and Microsoft account(s) and see if this pack will load on your realm. ^FF

You must have had both licenses of Minecraft on PC on the same Microsoft account prior to June 6, 2022. We can't change the eligibility or grant the cape outside of this. Check out our Vanilla Cape FAQ: bit.ly/3cyNyGL for more info on eligibility. ^FF

I'm sorry to hear this happened! Can you let us know if this was a single-player world or while playing on a Realm, and what platform you're playing on? If possible, are you able to upload a previous backup of the world before this issue started happening? ^FF

If this is for a Java realm, please complete our request form at bit.ly/3uO21ER and make sure to include your receipt. If you were charged for a realm on a Bedrock version of Minecraft, then you'll need to reach out to the platform where the realm was purchased. ^FF
