We have two things we can try here! First, can you just connect your Playstation 5 to a hardwire connection to see if it allows you into the World. Second, if not create a new World and see if it allows you to enter that World. Let me know the outcome! ^TK
Is it only happening in this World? I just want to rule out some things before I send you up. If you go into creative mode and create a nether portal and go in, does the same thing happen to you? ^TK

Looks like you're trying to link an account that has already been used to link to another PSN account. Account linking is permanent; if you have multiple PSNs, please make sure that you're using the correct Microsoft account login info for each specific PSN account.​ ^FF

You must have had both licenses of Minecraft on the same Microsoft account before June 6, 2022. We can't change the eligibility or grant the cape outside of these parameters. Check out our Vanilla Cape FAQ: bit.ly/3cyNyGL for more info on eligibility. ^FF
