You likely have a failed pending charge on the account. It will show pending on the bank statement but the money isn't taken. If you want, I would suggest a different payment style or using another browser. ^TK

You do have to have the accounts attached to the same email/account in order to get the Vanilla Cape: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… This will give you a bit more information. ^TK
