You likely have a failed pending charge on the account. It will show pending on the bank statement but the money isn't taken. If you want, I would suggest a different payment style or using another browser. ^TK

What Platform are you trying to get the achievements on? You will have to reach out to that platform for assistance but I can direct you there if you're not sure where to go. ^TK
