They are two seperate platforms so you would have to pay for it on both. However, you would be able to sign in with your Microsoft Account in both games and access a Realm from either platform. ^TK

Do you make sure to close out all other programs on your phone? Sometimes when I play a mobile app I'll forget how many background programs i'm running. ^TK

The Creeper issue usually means that a network issue has prevented your sign-in. When trying to play your game, are you using hardwire or wifi? ^BT

What platform does your friend play on? Also, is your friend playing on Hardwire or Wifi? ^BT
If you're eligible, it may take some time for the capes to make it to your dressing room. They've been coming out in waves and it could take up to two weeks. If you don't receive it after that, please let us know! ^BT

That's really problematic so I understand the frustration. Can you tell me if there was a point you didn't have issues with this Realm and if you have any Mod Packs or Creations that may have caused these issues within the Realm? ^TK

The Demo issue usually happens when you're logging into the wrong account. Please make sure that you're logging in using the correct account information and also using the Microsoft account log-in screen if you're migrated or purchased after December 2020. ^BT
