Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, sadly neither accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^FF

If you're having any trouble accessing the full game after migrating your account, remember to use the Microsoft login option with the account that you migrated with, and make sure to remove your old Mojang account from the launcher. See our FAQ: bit.ly/3AUxIQO. ^FF

You must have had both licenses of Minecraft on the same Microsoft account before June 6, 2022. We can't change the eligibility or grant the cape outside of these parameters. Check out our Vanilla Cape FAQ: bit.ly/3cyNyGL for more info on eligibility. ^FF

Let's see if we can figure this out! Can you let us know if you're running into any error messages when downloading/installing Bedrock? Feel free to share a screenshot if so, and can you also confirm which device you're trying to run Bedrock on (PC, console, or mobile)? ^FF
