Try deleting your cache and use a different browser and/or device (if available), and ensure you have a good internet connection. You might also try disabling any addons or extensions you have on your browser. Let us know if you're still seeing this error or not! ^FF

Unfortunately, console versions of Minecraft do not have custom skins options. However, you can use the Marketplace for free items or resource packs, skins, and maps that can be purchased with Minecoins. More info can be found here: bit.ly/3TQp2ls. ^FF

You must have had both licenses of Minecraft on the same Microsoft account before June 6, 2022. We can't change the eligibility or grant the cape outside of these parameters. Check out our Vanilla Cape FAQ: bit.ly/3cyNyGL for more info on eligibility. ^FF

If you're unable to see the Founder's Cape in your Character Creator after updating to patch 1.16.200, you were likely impacted by the MCPE-84673 bug: bit.ly/3Qe1gfW. Due to this bug, unfortunately, we won't be able to add the Founder's Cape to your account. ^FF
