Did you make sure that you're signing in with the correct credentials to your Microsoft account? If you were the things you purchased and gamertag would still be on it. ^TK

That sounds like somewhere there was a connection interruption and this took place. Are you playing on WiFi by any chance? This can be a huge culprit but third party programs as well. ^TK

I would poweroff the switch for a bit, make sure all games are closed out and then reboot it. May be beneficial to do a restart of the router as well! ^TK
