Unfortunately, you won't able to download a previously purchased version of Minecraft to a device that uses a different online marketplace. If you wish to play on a different platform, then you'll have to purchase a new license. ^FF

If you have access to the email used to register your Legacy account but don't remember your password, you can request a password reset through the launcher by choosing the "Mojang Login" option and clicking on the "Forgot password?", or by going to bit.ly/3POSBk4! ^FF

You'll need to migrate your account in order to play Java Edition, if you purchased the game prior to December 1st, 2020. If you need help with account migration, please reach out to our Account Support: bit.ly/3uO21ER. ^FF

You'll only be able to crossplay if you're on Windows 10/11 (Bedrock) edition. If you're on Java Edition, unfortunately, you won't be able to play on Bedrock realms. If you are on Bedrock, then can you let us know what issue you're seeing when you join the realm? ^FF
