If the first one failed, thats likely a pending payment that releases in about 2 weeks! You can reach out to your bank to confirm, but if you got two purchase receipts you can reach out to the platform for a refund. ^TK

Let's try a couple different things! Try restarting your computer and turn off any programs you have running in the background. ^Tk
