Which version of the game is she playing, and what platform is she using? Can you let us know what exactly happens when she tries opening Minecraft? If there's any error messages, a screenshot/photo will be helpful to see. ^FF
If you're getting this error and you haven't heard back from Support yet, then you may need to submit a new request to update your email: bit.ly/3uO21ER. Be sure to use an email that you can currently access, otherwise, our replies won't make it back to you! ^FF
Updates usually take up to 24-48 hours to push through. If you're still not able to access Realms/servers after that, make sure to reach back out to us! ^FF
Unfortunately, your friend will not be able to download a previously purchased version of Minecraft to a device that uses a different online marketplace. If they wish to play on a different platform, they'll will have to purchase a new license. ^FF
Make sure your game is updated with the latest version of Minecraft: bit.ly/3vClCYM. Also, make sure your Minecraft account is attached to a Microsoft account; check this by going to the main menu & clicking "sign-in" at the bottom left. Let us know if this helps! ^FF
