If you have multiple PSN accounts, make sure that you're using the correct Microsoft account login info for each PSN account. ​You can also try a different Microsoft account which has not previously been linked to any PSN account. Please be aware that this link is permanent. ^FF

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^FF
