The only thing I would reccomend is restarting the computer if the update isn't pushing through immediately! Unfortunately, updates can differ for everyone due to device programs that may be running or blocking certain updates. ^TK
Can you duplicate this but link your Xbox One to a hardwire connection to see if the same thing happens? If it does happen, I'm gonna have you bug report the issue. ^TK

Sometimes the update can take a bit to push through and cause some issues! Are you still not able to play on the Realm at this time and what error are you getting? ^TK
Not sure, but it seems like a corrupt file. Is this only happening on one World by any chance and have you tried to see if its there when you start a new World? ^TK

I would suggest uninstalling/reinstalling to see if this fixes the issue! If you could also try connecting to a different WiFi to see if that helps. ^TK
Was this a single player World or on a Realm? If it's a single player world then we won't be able to assist you as single player worlds are stored locally. ^TK
Can you tell me who the creator of this blockpixel is? I would suggest reaching out to them and if it is Minecraft, Mojang propper we may want to have you submit a ticket upward so we can get eyes on it. ^Tk
