For Realms Plus billing issues, you'll need to reach out to the platform where you initially purchased your subscription. Can you let us know where you purchased Realm Plus from (Xbox/Microsoft, Apple, PlayStation, Google Play, etc.)? ^FF
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for older Minecraft Xbox One Editions. If you're on the same account where you redeemed the code from 2016, the game should be in your My Games & Apps section on the console. Let us know if you're still encountering any issues. ^FF
