It sounds like you might be seeing Demo Mode. Please check out: bit.ly/3cluzz3 as s first step, and make sure that you're signing in with the Microsoft account used during the purchase. Let us know if you're still having any issues with signing in. ^FF

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account.^TK
